30 octobre 2026

Sustainable energy company Storm welcomes TINC, the infrastructure investor listed on Euronext Brussels, and the Flemish investment company PMV as shareholders. Both parties invest together €20 million in Storm and join the board of directors of the company.

PMV and TINC have been partners of Storm since 2011 and have together invested in Belgian wind farms owning a total of 63 wind turbines with a capacity of 206.4 MW and a realization cost of circa €390 million.

Also, in the spring of 2026, PMV and TINC invested in two large-scale battery storage systems developed by Storm and located in Ruien and Langerlo. These two battery storage systems have together a capacity of 300 MW and a storage capacity of 1,200 MWh, representing a realization cost of €330 million.

Over the years, Storm became an established name in the field of the energy transition in Belgium. It owns a significant development pipeline in onshore wind (624 MW), large-scale battery storage systems and fast EV charging points in Belgium. As a developer, Storm is also active in Ireland since several years.

Storm aims to grow into a broad sustainable energy platform, building on the foundation of its historical core activities such as onshore wind and battery storage. The ambition of Storm is to anchor sustainable energy in Belgium together with its current and future financial and industrial partners.

This is for TINC an investment commitment of € 10 million that will be funded under its available € 300 million revolving credit facility.
