The guidelines and codes of conduct that TINC has previously subscribed to as an investor are incorporated in one comprehensive ESG Policy with the focus on such principles as sustainable value creation, exclusion of investment where the funding will be used for illegal purposes, integrity and trust, etc. (see www.tincinvest.com).
Since its IPO, TINC has operated its own code of conduct for employees and closely involved service providers, which sets out the ethical standards relating to trading in shares, confidentiality, respect and integrity, conflicts of interest, fair competition, anti-corruption and antibribery, and external communications.
